With 30 years of experience in life sciences—including senior roles in finance, commercial leadership, and general management at IQVIA and PAREXEL, as well as co-founding Lumanity, where she served as Chief Commercial Officer and Global Leader RWE—Gema brings unparalleled expertise and a dynamic vision to APLUSA.

She will work alongside Dr. Christine Maï, Deputy Managing Director, who has been an integral part of APLUSA’s success since its founding. Together with the Executive Committee and the entire international APLUSA team, they are united in their enthusiasm to advance the company’s mission.
