J.C. has been in market research since 2005 and joined AplusA Bell Falla in July 2017. His energy and quick wit keep everyone engaged and smiling. He manages US & international quant studies (including emerging markets). Along with actionable ATU, brand equity, segmentation, message recall, and concept/message testing, he also has experience in non-traditional studies such as healthcare policy and non-for-profit research. J.C. has conducted studies in autoimmune, diabetes, chronic pain, virology (especially HIV), vision, and obesity. He has extensive experience managing projects across different healthcare populations (including, KOL’s, allied healthcare professionals, caregivers, and payer). Clients view J.C. as a true partner and genuinely invested on their projects’ success. Prior to his illustrious market research career, J.C. had 8 years experience in academic research in HIV intervention, substance use and sexual health research with New York University and City University of New York – Hunter College.
