{"id":500,"date":"2021-03-08T18:15:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-08T17:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aplusa.local\/?p=500"},"modified":"2025-10-20T16:45:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T14:45:04","slug":"gender-equality-index-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aplusaresearch.com\/fr\/news\/gender-equality-index-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Indice d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Consciente de l'importance de la diversit\u00e9 professionnelle comme facteur d'enrichissement collectif, d'\u00e9quilibre social et d'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, APLUSA lutte contre toutes les formes de discrimination et promeut la parit\u00e9 hommes-femmes pour garantir l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment l'indice est-il calcul\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'indice de 100 points est calcul\u00e9 comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l'\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes, \u00e0 poste et \u00e2ge comparables (40 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'\u00e9cart dans le taux d'augmentation individuelle, hors promotion (20 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'\u00e9cart dans le taux de promotion (15 points),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d'une augmentation \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 (15 points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le nombre de salari\u00e9s du sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hauts salaires (10 points).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de calcul et la d\u00e9termination du niveau des r\u00e9sultats obtenus et affich\u00e9s ici, sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es dans les annexes I et II des articles D.1142-2 et D.1142-2-1 du code du travail. Les indicateurs et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sont mis \u00e0 disposition du comit\u00e9 social et \u00e9conomique de l'entreprise via la base de donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques et sociales (BDES), et transmis \u00e0 la DIRECCTE (D.1142-5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score d'APLUSA pour 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>APLUSA obtient un score de 89\/100 sur l'Indice d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes pour 2020, sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne fran\u00e7aise (83\/100) pour les entreprises de 50 \u00e0 250 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce r\u00e9sultat t\u00e9moigne de nos actions et de nos efforts en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre les femmes et les hommes. APLUSA soutient cette d\u00e9marche d'inclusion et de diversit\u00e9 et est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9liminer d\u00e9finitivement tout \u00e9cart.
